Alcohol Recovery Blog... Well, not so much any more. I've lost all of my support over the last several years obviously. Nobody wants to go head to head with the Anti/XAers anymore. Seems that most have jumped off of the A.A. "bandwagon" all together. I've lost my resolve as well. Still sober 20+ years though. So there is that.
I GUESS MY PROBLEM WITH THE THUMPERS boils down to c. reymers continual thrashing of the aa he found back in 87 the same one i came into, here in ca. i knew when i returned the last time the problem wasn't the dreaded "fellowship" but the fact of my refusal to accept spiritual help i.e. take the steps with a sponsor, people were shouting it at me, literally begging me to do the program at every meeting,. I cannot fathom that one can blame aa for the program not working.
